Tulsa Pix & Design Studio – Policy (updated 8/4/11)

Domain Names
Domains purchased by Tulsa Pix & Design Studio for clients are maintained by Tulsa Pix & Design Studio, but owned by the client.  Client has access to domain 24/7.

Domains maintained by Tulsa Pix & Design Studio will be automatically renewed and charged to the client's account unless the client notifies Tulsa Pix & Design Studio otherwise.   This fee varies from $30 - $45.

Any work performed by Tulsa Pix & Design Studio must be paid in full 14 days after an invoice in presented.  Invoices will be presented using electronic format of email.

Web Hosting
Web hosting is required for all accounts hosted by Tulsa Pix & Design Studio.  The price of the hosting will be determined by the clients needs.  Termination of web hosting must be received in writing.

If a site has been turned off for any reason, there is a reinstatement fee of $50.

If a client requests to move to a new hosting company, Tulsa Pix & Design Studio will either require a pre-payment for technical assistance on the move or Tulsa Pix & Design Studio will set up a FTP port for the client to download their own site.  The FTP site will be live for 30 days from the request.  The client will be required to set up the new hosting.  Tulsa Pix & Design Studio will not be responsible for the website content working on the new hosting company due to the fact that Tulsa Pix & Design Studio can not guarantee the hosting site will support the site designed.

Privacy Policy
Tulsa Pix & Design Studio is committed to maintaining your trust and confidence.  The following online privacy policy is intended to protect and secure the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified) you provide to us online.

In addition, Tulsa Pix & Design Studio will not send you e-mails that you have not agreed to receive.  We may periodically send you e-mail announcing news and event information.  If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive mailings from us as well.

Tulsa Pix & Design Studio is not responsible for any legal/copyright issues associated with any images, pictures, artwork, logos or web content supplied by client.

Personal Information
Tulsa Pix & Design Studio never sells, rents, leases or exchanges your personal information with other organizations.  Tulsa Pix & Design Studio assures you that the identity of all who contact us through this Web site will be kept confidential.  Tulsa Pix & Design Studio design may occasionally send mailings on behalf of other organizations or ministries when their interests align with Tulsa Pix & Design Studio .

Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction.  All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.  Our hourly rate is $75 per hour.  This hourly rate is for all services.  Onsite services are $100 per hour.  This includes consultations, computer work, all onsite work.  SAME DAY or 24 REQUESTS are processed at $100 per hour.

Return Policy
Refunds, for any reason, are not given.
